  As a senior citizen, single with no family here, and older-than-me neighbors, I was left with my old bed disassembled, the new bed not set up. I had no bed to sleep on because I was unable to take mine down. Delivery refused due to their timed deliveries. They told me they are "delivery men, not movers." They left my old mattresses blocking my bathroom and the new bed leaned up against walls. If I had known they wouldn't take down, I wouldn't buy one thing from them. I can't do this alone!
