  The installer was excellent and the cost was about the same as I had been paying just for a land line. Now I have an ADT Alarm System plus the power and freeze protection I was getting with a land line.

  I was satisfied with both the customer service person who I talked to on the phone and my installer. My installer was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions .. Great customer service.
