  We bought a pair of Calvin Klein pants and they were ripped but we didn't realize it until we got home, a FEW HOURS LATER I came back to return it with the original receipt and they didn't take it because it was damaged (you can see the date and time in the receipt)The pants had a manufacture defect and even when the receipt says on the back that you can return this item, the people that work at this Dillard's would not take it. I have shopped at Dillard's many times and I've never had a problems, my advice is NEVER SHOP AT THIS DILLARD'S go to another
