  While working out of town I came in to get a painters scaffold, new hard hat and dine square washers. I checked their app and saw they had everything I needed in stock. They had nothing. An empty box where the square washers should be, different hard hat's than what i needed and no painters scaffolds. I asked an employee for help and was told if it's not on the shelf they don't have it. Customer service is no more

  Let me preface this review by saying, corporately there is not a better home improvement store around for working with small sole-proprietors such as myself and, I have spent over $3,000.00 there this year for materials. As far as materials, they've got it. But they are severely understaffed. Only the actual cashiers are pleasant. Their tool selection is decent, albeit slightly overpriced. Klein tools are actually well priced there. But their safety equipment is always a disaster. Their restroom is without fail the most disgusting facility of any store/restaurant every single time. When you are forced to be there for 30 minutes minimum, make sure your restrooms are clean. I was teetering on whether or not the drive to the Orange location was worth it to me or not, and today's stop solidified it for me. I will not ve returning to this location unless it is an emergency.
