  I HATED this place! DO NOT come here. I sent my ring to this place to get sized and they told me it would be 2-5 days to get it sized. It has been 10 days ! I called the first time and they told me to get my receipt with my ticket number on it, and I called back when i had it and nobody answered me. I called 6 times and no one answered, until I called back with my work phone and they picked up automatically ( which means they were avoiding me), I told them my ticket number and they told me they had to find it. So 20 minutes passed and they told me that it was NOT ready and it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Today is Friday. So thats 13 days they've had my ring. They won't have it ready until Monday at 8PM. I have to drive out there at night to pick up something thats 8 days overdue, and they didn't offer any kind of deal to my next visit or anything. They just said to pick it up on Monday at 8pm, have a nice day and hung up on my face. NEVER GO HERE.! YOU WILL END UP WANTING TO PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE. Jewel Time- THE WORST PLACE EVER
