  We are very disappointed with the customer service. Our contractor recommended them because of the prices. However, the employees were no help at all. We did our homework and researched the flooring for weeks before purchasing. Asking the employees for answers to our questions was like pulling teeth. The installers were very nice, but the finished edges look awful. The quarter round is unfinished where it was cut, which they came back and colored with a marker after we complained. The color doesn't match. After only a few months, we got a crack in the plank. We have gone through the main customer service to get it repaired since it is still under warranty. It's been 2 months and the person assigned to our case won't call us back. Last, the floors bounce when you walk on them. No one told us to expect that. We sincerely regret getting these floors.
